For over twenty years, Yuriko has been working professionally as a makeup artist and hair stylist for the entertainment and fashion industries.
Originally from Tokyo, Japan, she graduated from the prestigious Yamano Beauty School before relocating to Los Angeles to pursue her career full-time. After moving to LA, she continued her studies at Joe Blasco Makeup Center West in Hollywood, focusing on beauty makeup and special effects.
She has worked as a regional pro artist for Stila, NARS, Shu Uemura and Giorgio Armani, including many of their national events and fashion shows.
Currently, in addition to her many independent jobs, she works as a freelance artist for CNN.
